Layout # 2 for Craft Queen

Thought I would share my 2nd layout with you today for Craft Queen. All elements on this layout are available from Craft Queen and might I add I just love The Collections Tissue Paper is just devine.....
The jumbo Ric- Rac I think looks fab as well. Lots of layers, stitching and muslin...

The excitement is building for Brisbane Papercraft Expo now.....plus it will be the first time I have been away from my hubby and children for more than a couple of days....it will be very strange, a whole 5 days only to think about me...

Guest Designer for Craft Queen....how exciting!

 Although I've been a little quiet over the last week girls I have been busy.
 Creating some layouts for Nicole over at Craft Queen do yourself a favour and pop over and have a look. (So Yum!).

Craft Queen has some amazing products from the most devine ribbons and buttons to punches and chippies, just have to add how much I love the printed tissue paper from Collections...'tis super yummy!

Have a look at what I created last week using  Nicole's products....see those ever-so- pretty white flowers they are made from Satin Seam Binding, which I wet and then scrunched and let dry and I added some Tulle to the other flowers to add layers. I'm so pleased how this layout turned out...it is VERY GIRLIE for me but I just love it!!!

After taking these photo's , I was so excited I raced this layout around to Nicole, only to realise I had forgotten the letter S on the word COMES, ( I'm a little silly sometimes). So I fixed that up asap.

Even the tiny white flowers. ( I cut them from some pearl trim).


Thanks Nicole for the opportunity.....I'm so loving the experience so far, I like that it makes me think outside the square...so to speak.

Went scrapping over at Miss Annette's yesterday...Roxanne joined us, which was soooo nice, (so hope she is re-inspired), Had a geat afternoon with the two of them....one Miss Mary was missing :o{
 Hope she had a great afternoon...but we did miss her!!

So back to Bird challenge

Did alot os random stamping on this layout and even stamped onto the ribbon...which I've been interested in of late...

May 1st challenge @ Once Upon a Sketch.

Hello fellow scrappers/peeps....just wanted to show you my layout for OUaS (May 1st).
Criteria...use a journaling spot.

Based my layout on Hugo and the simple little things kiddies do for fun....like drawing eyebrows and goatie (beards) onto plain paper cutting them out and sticking them in place. DD, Sidney came up with this idea a couple of w/ends ago...we all had a good laugh....especially watching them eat choc-coated icecreams while wearing these new additions to their faces.

Should be having a nice scrappy Saturday with Miss A and Miss M.....and maybe someone else too???
I hope she can make it...it would be awesome if she does...
It's so cold here in Orange today....we might have made it to like 4-5 degrees {if lucky}......brrrrr!
Anyways better go and hit the gym for a HOUR of POWER......grunt!!

Well my isp has had a few probs this week that's why I been mia.

White With 1, May challenge.

This months challenge over at WW1 is.....White with Orange!

I actually like orange think it maybe because I live in a city called ...yep! you guessed it ORANGE.

Used some yummo glaced pp then inked the centre...made a few transpancies...bit of corri...some doilies from The Chip Chop Shop, gorgeous Tim Holtz tissue tape,  a bit of string and of course some stitching.

Bit of a Bright Change.

Just felt like doing a Happy Bright Layout.....

Loved this pic of Miss Sidney and McKenzie taken on Easter Sunday.

Went over to miss Annette's to scrap on Saturday...Miss Mary was also there...those two are such good fun to be around. {gorgeous gals}.

The title for my layout  Shiny Happy People.

Loved the song by the same title by R.E.M.
